I stayed at the Mercure for 11 nights and I have enjoyed every minute of my stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the meals on offer both at the Mercure and the adjoining Pullman are varied and delicious. But my most favourable comment is reserved for the staff who are always cheerful and helpful. I’d especially like to single out Stephen Njuguna at reception who was particularly helpful in showing me around the hotel’s facilities, answering any queries, and showing a genuine concern that my stay should be as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. What a tremendous asset to the hotel he is! Thank you to all the team at Mercure Nairobi. I hope to be back
